This brew is refreshing and naturally caffeine free. It is a gentle blend of lemon and mint great for any time of day.

Ingredients: Peppermint leaves, lemongrass, spearmint leaf, lemon verbena, and lemon balm.

Naturally Caffeine Free

Brewing Instructions: Brew 1-2 teaspoons/8 oz. of water at 208 degrees Fahrenheit allowing it to steep for 4-5 minutes for full flavor and benefits. For iced tea simply double the amount of tea used during brewing and steep with the same amount and temperature of hot water, and when finished, simply pour over a cup of ice.
