Craving a cup of chai but don’t want to be up all night? This familiar favorite gets a makeover so it’s enjoyable any time of the day thanks to the complimentary base of naturally caffeine free Honeybush.
Ingredients: Honeybush, cinnamon, cardamom seeds, clove, ginger root, allspice, cardamom pods, toasted coconut, licorice root, peppercorn, orange peel, and natural flavoring
Brewing Instructions: Brew 1-2 teaspoons of tea/8oz of water at 203 degrees and steep for 4 minutes. For stronger flavor, use more tea leaves. For iced tea simply double the amount of tea used during brewing and steep with the same amount and temperature of hot water, and when finished, simply pour over a cup of ice.

Vanilla Chai Latte
Ingredients:
4 tsps. Nelson’s Tea Chai Latte
8 oz. hot water
1 oz. vanilla syrup
2 oz. desired milk
dash of ground cinnamon
How to prepare:
Brew tea by steeping 4 tsps. of Chai Latte in 8 oz. of 195°F water for up to 1 hour - more flavor is infused over time. While tea is steeping, add 1 oz. of vanilla syrup to cup and froth desired milk. Pour tea into cup and top with milk. Add a dash of cinnamon and serve.
*recipe can be scaled up for larger batches. Refrigerate and serve within 5 days.
