Ingredients: Black tea, cinnamon, ginger root, anise star, licorice root, hibiscus, marshmallow root, orange peel, blackberries, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, clove, nutmeg, black pepper, and natural flavoring
Brewing Instructions: Brew 1-2 teaspoons of tea/8 oz. of water at 195 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing 3-4 minutes to steep for full flavor and benefits. For iced tea simply double the amount of tea used during brewing and steep with the same amount and temperature of hot water, and when finished, simply pour over a cup of ice.

Sugar Plum Tea
My husband is not a tea drinker. But when he first smelled this tea, his comment was "gosh that smells good!" This is the perfect tea for me in the morning. It wakes me up, makes me feel good, and has a soothing, rich aroma. I love it. I had originally ordered Pumpkin tea and Sugar Plum was sent as a sampler. I liked it best of all, and have been an avid user ever since. It makes me happy.

this tea already has sweeter taste, so i don’t think it needs any sweetener! i like that it’s different than other fruity/sweet teas. i love to drink it as a latte.
