This matcha is commonly used for cooking, smoothies, and lattes. It is less sweet than ceremonial matcha.
Ingredients: Chinese Culinary Organic Green Tea Powder
Brewing Instructions: Straight up – whisk 1 tsp matcha powder into 8 oz 175° H2O. Latte – whisk 1 tsp matcha powder into 1 oz of 175° H2O, add preferred sweetener, and finish with 7 oz of preferred milk.

This makes a really good matcha latte, I even made it into a iced latte. My favorite tea, I add vanilla flavor to sweeten it thought I'm not sure if it needs it as I use vanilla flavored soy milk. You can't go wrong with this tea and its not too expensive.
I was recommded this tea for it's caffine. It's just a powder you mix with water or milk and then add sweetner ,if you like. It's easy and has tons of health benefits, I'm finding out about. My husband even loves it too!
